To support our continued growth in the Southeast Asia market, we are pleased to announce that Gerald Lim has joined our Singapore office as a Customer Success Manager. In this new role, Gerald will oversee Partnerize clients across Southeast Asia, specifically in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

“I am thrilled that Gerald is joining our team to lead our customer success efforts across Southeast Asia,” said Alix Simpson, VP Customer Success APAC at Partnerize. “We have more than 50 clients in the APAC region and we are excited to be investing even more into Southeast Asia specifically.”

Gerald joins Partnerize from BCD Travel, with previous customer and account management roles at TripAdvisor, WeGo and Fuji Xerox. Said Gerald, “The partnerships opportunity across Southeast Asia is growing so rapidly and I’m excited to be a part of the APAC team supporting leading customers in-region and enabling brands to discover the power of partnership.”

Adding Gerald to the Singapore office is enabling Partnerize to further focus on the Southeast Asia partnerships market. “The support we receive from Partnerize is excellent, and it’s highly beneficial for us to have someone in Southeast Asia who can come and spend more time with our team to discuss and to tackle potential issues we face in fully automating the way how we do affiliate partnerships.” said Rizal Prasetya, Regional Associate Manager – Affiliate at ZALORA.
