Charlotte Tilbury and Partnerize Win Most Effective Use of Affiliate at Drum DADI Awards

For Partnerize, industry recognition is gratifying. But it is twice as meaningful when it is for a successful program for one of our clients. That is why we were so pleased to learn that Charlotte Tilbury and Partnerize together have won the 2020 Most Effective Use of Affiliate Award, today at the Drum DADI Awards.


The DADIs (The Drum Awards for the Digital Industries) are open internationally to all agencies, brands, and tech companies who are producing exciting and innovative digital work. From apps to consumer products, use of search and affiliate to social media, paid media, and VR, the DADIs have been recognizing excellence for the past 12 years.

This is our first year entering the DADIs and this win in partnership with the remarkable and innovative team at Charlotte Tilbury adds even more icing to the cake.

About the Award-Winning Program

Charlotte Tilbury, MBE, makeup artist to the stars and founder of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, is one of the most highly regarded and influential makeup artists of all time. Her eponymous, fast-growing brand is recognized for its revolutionary, digital-first, innovative approach to beauty. In 2019, Charlotte released her Magic Makeup Stars Program, designed to further differentiate the brand by inviting makeup artists to work as advocates and introduce new customers. This program quickly evolved into a brand influencer program, working with select top makeup artists as brand ambassadors.

This program needed a way to be tracked and measured, with unique offline promotion codes and an attractive commission for the Magic Makeup Stars. Previously, the brand had been unable to track or identify referrals through this partnership channel. Charlotte Tilbury Beauty turned to Partnerize to track, report, and pay commissions immediately to these new key partners for every new customer they introduce.
