We are thrilled to announce that we’re launching our Partnerize Parents policy. What makes this so special is that it offers an enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and adoption leave policies as well as some other benefits to support our Partnerize parents so they can meet family obligations as they balance work and family life. This is offered on a global level to all employees with at least one year’s continuous service.
Partnerize recognizes that becoming a parent brings some unique challenges which can range from learning how to negotiate with a toddler, managing to answer the “why” interrogation, knowing the correct way to make boo boos stop hurting or mastering the 3-minute power nap. We have designed a policy to support parents within Partnerize right from the beginning of their parenthood journey, and throughout, so they don’t have to stress and can focus on the little people in their lives.
Our new, groundbreaking policy is designed to enable our families to spend time together in those first few weeks, months and beyond, to allow flexibility to be there when needed .
Here’s a top-line on the program:
Enhanced Primary Caregiver Paid Parental Leave
