Adam: Upsellit helps online businesses collect new leads, convert new customers, and increase lifetime value with its suite of CRO technologies. Partnerize: Please describe a typical day in your office.

Adam: Until March 2020, the entire Upsellit team worked together out of our headquarters in Southern California. We’ve since transitioned to a fully remote company, but have managed to maintain the same collaborative culture our leadership team has cultivated since our founding in 2005. While we’ve doubled in size since our transition to remote work, the physical distance between us has not impacted our closeness as a team. A typical day in the office involves heavy collaboration between Partnership Executives, copywriters, designers, and developers to successfully execute on campaigns that truly make an impact on our clients’ businesses. Though we work hard, we also have a lot of fun! We keep our culture upbeat and bring teams together through interest specific Slack channels, monthly (virtual) employee recognition and team-building events, and in-person events including an annual company retreat and semi-annual company parties.
