In this installment, we sat down with Emini Jaggan, Global Partnerships Director of intent.ly and here’s what she had to say.

 

Share a little about your company.

Emini Jaggan (EJ): intent.ly is an award-winning shopper journey optimization platform empowering online retailers to engage and convert shoppers. Personalized engagement tools like website overlays, email remarketing and voucher code analytics enhance the sales potential of a brand’s website.

We can help brands achieve a range of ecommerce goals, such as new customer acquisition, rescue cart abandonment, or drive higher order values.

We work on a performance-based model so you only pay the CPA rate set within the program. Our team of designers, customer success, delivery and tech experts are on hand to optimize your campaigns as well.

 

Please describe a typical day in your office.

EJ: A typical day for me consists of lots of meetings and emails with prospective clients, new and existing agencies, as well as networks. We sometimes have Publisher Presents days where I will be in the offices of agencies and networks spending time with them and showcasing the added value of intent.ly (we take donuts). For APAC Partnerize, we had to do the session virtually (but I will find a way to make donuts happen for the Australian team).  

 

What types of programs is your team looking to partner with?

EJ: We can help any online brand achieve a range of ecommerce goals and enhance their onsite shopper journeys. We work across verticals including fashion, health and beauty, electronics, telcos, groceries, travel, finance, insurance, and gaming.

 

Can you share a success highlight from your partnership with Partnerize that really stands out to you?

EJ: We have recently launched with Dr Barbara Sturm, a German aesthetics doctor, widely renowned for her anti-inflammatory philosophy and her non-surgical anti-aging skin treatments, across their USA, Germany, and the UK sites. The client was seeing a significant drop off on their checkout page, conversion was low and they were unable to rectify this internally. From listening to their pain points, we were able to build out a bespoke, gift with purchase (GWP) checkout bar featuring freebie an user could have. Since launching, we have seen their AOV skyrocket to at least double what it was before intent.ly was implemented on their site.

 

What Partnerize technology innovation has had the greatest impact on your team?

EJ: Last year we were excited to integrate with the Partnerize container tag, making it even easier for Partnerize clients to access and implement intent.ly’s cutting-edge conversion tech.

EJ: Our fully managed service, our team of CRO experts handles everything, from set-up to optimization, so brands can focus on growth. We act as an extension of the sales team, with designers, customer success, delivery and tech experts on hand.
