Today, Australia’s renowned trade journal Mumbrella did a piece highlighting our growth in APAC and how our company believes in establishing local teams to support its clients.
Included in the piece is this great quote from our VP of Revenue – APAC, Si McDonald:
“We now have more than 45 clients in the APAC region, and plans to continue our tremendous growth record,” said VP Revenue APAC Simon McDonald. “The brand power in Australia in particular is impressive, and it continues to grow at a fast pace. As our clients grow, we want to grow with them and be able to offer a dedicated local team to support those efforts. We want to ensure our Australian clients receive the same level of support that they would in Europe or the US.”
For our company, offering a local support team is an important part of serving a major market. Clients shouldn’t have to wait hours and hours for support based ieight time zones away! Further, having boots on the ground in our key markets enables us to deliver a unique level of market knowledge to our many enterprise assignments.
