Hotels.com holds an important and absolutely wonderful charity event every year: Fairway to Wellness. This Dallas-based charity golf event is designed to help fund and support the great work of St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society. And this is no small initiative.
Over the past six years, the annual marquee event has raised more than $1million for these great organizations. This year’s event was held at the Cowboys Golf Club just outside Dallas, in Grapevine, TX.
This year, Performance Horizon was very proud to participate in Fairway to Wellness as a Platinum sponsor. We were joined by 39 other great media and travel related organizations.
For us, Fairway to Wellness is a fantastic opportunity to come together to support the important work these charities do every single day for their clients.
One of the great things about an event like this is that participants range from near pro-level golf enthusiasts to folks that have never held a club in their lives before. Whatever their skill levels, all participants share a belief in companies doing well by doing good.
For our foursomes, we were joined by great supporters from Hotels.com, Travelocity, HomeAway, Fare Compare, and PartnerCentric. And with both beautiful weather and an amazing attendee list, the event met everyone’s expectations — and more.

This year’s event raised a record $256,000 for the beneficiary organizations. We’d like to thank Hotels.com for all their great work this year and in past years creating such a wonderful program. We were very proud to be a part of it!
