Charlie Calabrese is Vice President of Operations at Partnerize, where he is tasked to provide leadership and direction to Administration, Finance and HR departments. Prior to Partnerize he was Product Manager at the Buy.at Affiliate Network.

Leigh Carlin is VP Technical Operations at Partnerize, where he is responsible for infrastructure, application support, operational security and internal systems functions and teams. Prior to Partnerize he was Service Improvement Manager for 2E2.

Paul leads the operational side of the business, with responsibility for implementing the company strategy. He was formerly Product Director at AOL advertising.

Simon Fung is Head of Deployment at Partnerize, where he is responsible for all aspects of client integrations. Prior to Partnerize, he was Head of Solutions at the Buy.at Affiliate Network.
Matt Gilbert is CEO of Partnerize. Matt brings a distinguished 20+year track record of leadership defined by building and executing go to market strategies that have yielded material growth for marketers and value creation for investors including 5 successful exits across multiple digital marketing channels. Prior to its sale to Partnerize in 2020, Matt led the successful turnaround of affiliate marketing technology and services provider Pepperjam. Previously, he co-founded 500friends, and held numerous leadership positions including Webloyalty.com, IAC/InterActive Corp., Ask Jeeves, Inc, and Excite@Home.

Will Goff is VP of US Customer Success and Integrations, where he is responsible for all aspects of client satisfaction and growth for our clients across the US and Canada. Prior to Partnerize he was Team leader for Key Accounts at Buy.at.
VP of Strategic Partnerships and Client Development
Don Gustavson is VP of Strategic Partnerships and Client Development at Partnerize and Pepperjam, where he is responsible for all aspects of our relationships with agencies and partners. Prior to Partnerize and Pepperjam, he held leadership customer-facing roles at Epsilon, cxLoyalty, and WebLoyalty.
VP - Head of North American Sales
Steve leads the sales teams at Partnerize and Pepperjam, and has a 20+ year track record of delivering impactful results. He founded a successful start-up, and has been an integral contributor to numerous venture backed start-ups leading to four acquisitions.
VP of Revenue
Jason Kohn is VP of Revenue for Partnerize, where he is responsible for building out new markets. Prior to Partnerize, he spent the last eight years at Investopedia as GM of Personal Finance, where he built out their first performance marketing division, as well as VP of Sales where he led the global sales team.
Mike Lemberg is Chief Financial Officer for Partnerize, where he oversees the finance and legal functions, and is responsible for the financial strategy of the company. Prior to Partnerize, he was SVP Finance for ServiceSource and has held numerous other CFO and senior finance positions at growth stage and technology companies.
GM - JAPAC
Pete Mycock is GM – JAPAC for Partnerize. Pete has 20 years of experience building and driving accelerated growth in enterprise technology organizations across North America, Europe and APAC. Based in Sydney, Pete is responsible for revenue growth across the JAPAC region.
SVP - People Success
Miranda Pokoy is SVP of People Success for Partnerize and Pepperjam, responsible for the strategy and execution of talent acquisition and retention. Prior to Partnerize, she held key HR and Operations positions with eBay and Digitas Health Lifebrands.
Cofounder and VP Revenue
Sean is Cofounder and VP Revenue for Partnerize, where he is responsible for sales across Europe and the Mideast. Formerly Commercial Director for AOL, Sean spent two years heading up buy.at and AOL lead generation products, budgets, and growth strategy.
VP Customer Success - APAC
Alix Simpson is VP Customer Success for the APAC region. In this role she is responsible for growing client satisfaction and relationships for all clients in the region. Prior to Partnerize she was Online Partnerships Manager at the British department store brand House of Fraser.
Matt Simmonds leads the product strategy, management and execution for the Partnerize platform. Prior to Partnerize, he was Vice President of Product Management, Oracle Marketing Cloud, focusing on real-time optimization and personalization.
Maura Smith, is CMO for Partnerize and Pepperjam, and a long-time affiliate marketing veteran. She oversees all facets of the brand including digital marketing, messaging, creative development and media communications. Smith previously held leadership roles in Customer Success and Operations at eBay.
VP - Head of Japan Sales
Kevin Terauchi is VP – Head of Japan Sales for Partnerize where he leads the go-to-market efforts. Prior to Partnerize, he held sales roles at Adobe, Dentsu Razorfish and McCann Worldgroup.
Head of Finance Operations
Philip Young is Head of Finance Operations for Partnerize, where he is responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end payment flow from brands to partners. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in the digital marketing space. Prior to Partnerize he held Finance roles at Buy.at and Procter & Gamble.
